I miss you so very much, so many miss you so very much.
Today we spent the day at Wisehaven. Savannah and I, along with Mickie, are giving The Terrace Room (where we had the crab feed) a facelift. Louise has and continues to help us so Mickie's business, Custom Home Innovations, and The Jedediah Thomas Smith Foundation are going to make the Terrace Room a bit brighter and more up to date. Savannah and I ripped off wallpaper and then spent some time scraping the glue off of the walls.
I hope it turns out as good as the vision we have in our heads! I will keep you posted on how it is going.
After peeling, scraping & sweeping all day Danny took Savannah, Kyle and I to the Saloon for dinner. We had spinach artichoke dip...Jed's fave.
Being busy all day was good. Tomorrow we are going to say goodbye to Grandma Buckley in Parkville and from there I am going back to Wisehaven to scrape and maybe get some primer on a few walls. I think Mickie's husband, Chad, is stopping by to look at the few construction things we want to do so he can tell us whether they are feasible or not.

March 10th is the next Jedediah Thomas Smith Foundation Event. We are having an indoor Family Movie Night in the Wisehaven ballroom. $10 will get you a movie, a hot dog, popcorn and a drink!! What a GREAT deal! The movie we are showing is Cars 2!! Bring your sleeping bags, blankets, beach chairs, whatever you need to be comfortable while watching the movie. We will also have other food for sale, some raffle items and maybe a couple of games for the kids. So save the date, bring your kids, grandkids, nephews, nieces, neighbor kids....or even just yourself. We hope for this to be a fun family event. More details to come!
