Hey.So yesterday he was pretty sick when he woke up and it took awhile for him to be able to hold his medicine down but after he that got in his system he slept some more and felt much better. He woke up again about 2:30 PM and started surfin' the web looking for a Wii Fit. No one had any of course, even all the pre-orders had be closed for weeks. He got the phone numbers of all the local game stores and had me call. Holy moly the last place on the list still had a couple. We called Savannah as she was headed home from school, she picked him up and they went right down and got his Wii Fit! Thank Goodness! He had been saving for this. He knew it was coming out. He gets so focused on stuff that I was not looking forward to him obsessing about this thing. What a relief. It's really cool. He has been jogging (a lot) and doing the skiing high jump, slalom, hoola hooping, all kids of stuff. He even tried out the yoga...he was not impressed with yoga! I thought I was awesome at hoola hooping until Savannah came down and kicked my butt! Oh well.
Today he got up and jogged (on the wii)!!!! Then he spent the day with Grace and Jase. Now he and Danny are making ice cream with the new ice cream maker Uncle Adam got him! So as you can tell he is feeling good, even after all the chemo on Tuesday. The hope is for him to feel this good tomorrow night. Mini-THON starts at 7pm. I was with Savannah this evening picking up donated stuff. She has 2 trash bags filled with bagels! Cookies too! YUM. Anyway, everyone is getting excited. The big news is.. tomorrow at Savannah's school they are having the senior awards assembly. Savannah is the only junior getting an award for the senior assembly! She and her co-chair Seth won the community service award for Mini-THON!!!!!!!!!! YEA Savannah & Seth!
Ok, that's all the news for now I think. I think there was other stuff but I can't remember! Oh well. I want to go taste the ice cream before the boys eat it all! Love Jed and Kristin
